Shipping charges include packaging, handling and fees of the carrier. They can contain a fixed part and a variable part based on price or weight of your order.

All our deliveries are done with a prior appointment by the carrier to arrange a delivery date that suits you.

Delivery of ECO on the palette
The delivery ECO is a traditional delivery to your doorstep. The delivery is carried out by our partner DC Postal at your doorstep or in front of your home.
The two drivers present for the delivery, cover your package up in the room of your choice (max 3th floor there is no lift or higher if there is an elevator).

Used for all parcels below 30kg. If the parcel can not be delivered to the address specified, the delivery driver GLS will leave a notice of passage. GLS delivers parcels on working days, from Monday to Friday.

Packages or goods damaged
It is recommended to check the status of the product with the carrier and report any problems in writing on the delivery note and then contact us by email or by phone.
Without this, we cannot guarantee the support of any legal dispute and additional costs for the exchange and return may be claimed.
Return of goods
You have 14 days from the delivery of the product to return the goods to us. Be sure to repack the product for shipping.
The refund will be made as soon as we receive the goods and that we find that the product has not undergone degradation.
The return costs remain the responsibility of the customer.
